[MSH] select-object -last missing functionality

When I use tail I can specify something like +3 to say give me every line
from line 3 on to the end. This is handy because many times I know I want
the last X lines but I don't know how many total lines there are. Select
doesn't seem to have a mode that works this way. Perhaps a "-Skip"
parameter would be useful here.
