Files and Settings Transfer Wizard scripting

I'm hoping to script the "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard" (FSTW) to
tranfer stuff from one machine to another. In particular, I'm interested in
the printers and IE favorites.
Can the FSTW be run from the command line with some kind of simple input
file or arguments to get just the printer and fav settings?
If not, perhaps the relevant sections of the registry could be simply copied
over?
