add network share with permission on few computers

Hi

I was search for the way to add I network share with permissions on couple
of computers. I found a lot of scripts to simple add share(like net share),
but I didn't find how to add permissions to the share after creation. I also
found utility Rmtshare.exe which not worked correctly :(

I will appreciate any help.
