I've checked the tool you indicate.
Lrunas.exe works but I'm not sure that the encrytion is really strong.
Maybe depends how much the password is log and complex.
In any case I've encripted a password (not really used):
/Eh1neIX66bWmA==
Would you like to try if is it strong?

The non encrypted password is:
qwertyuiop
