As long as the information to determine what folder they should be given
access to is available on the Unix side, the Unix side work is fairly easy.
All the admin needs to do is come up with a shell script that extracts the
information and then spawns another script that excutes a 'sudo' command.
The 'sudo' command would give the user the needed access to the correct
folder and off you go.

Since 'sudo' is not native to most OSes you would have to get approval to
load/install it if you guys do that.
