Need a script to disable or enable based off wireless connection being used.

I just took at looking at MS scripting site and didn't see what I wanted.

This is what I need to at it's most basic level.

If a laptop is connected to WAPA run the DNS client service.
If not don't.

Or
If connected to the domain have the DNS client service run.
If not Don't.

Then to have it implimented via a GPO.

I'm not a programer or a scripter. can someone help.
