Home folder script to change permissions nightly

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Scripting gurus,

I have a Windows Server 2003 Active Directory with home drives mapped via
the profile tab in the AD account. As soon as the account is created, AD
creates the home share on the file server. Problem is, it is giving these
rights:

Admins: FC
System: FC
Username: FC

Obviously I don't want the user to have FC only modify so now I need a
simple script which will iterate through all the home folders underneath the
hidden home share on the file server and reset the permissions to the
following:

Admins: FC
System: FC
Username: Modify
