I am trying to create a Scheduled Task to run at next logon using WMI
or VB. Setting dates or time is easy. I can't seem to configure the
Scheduled Task to run at logon.

Maybe this is not supported and can only be configured through the
Scheduled Task Wizard.

what Operating System?
As for WMI you could be right, that there is no parameter for start at logon.
On Windows Server 2003 or XP Professional you could use
schtasks /create
from the command line utilities.
