Hi

You could install the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) and see
if that helps you out:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/gpmc/default.mspx

(it can be used against a Windows 2000 domain as well, but
you will need to install GPMC on a WinXP SP1 computer that
has the .NET Framework installed)

Note that scripting of some GPO operations are exposed within this
tool, but *not* scripting of *settings* within a GPO.

For some GPO scripting examples, go to
http://rallenhome.com/books.html and select "Download Code"
under the "Active Directory Cookbook" title.

See "9. Group Policy Objects (GPOs)" for some examples.

You will also find some (at the same site) under the "Download Code"
part of the "Managing Enterprise Active Directory Services" title.

See "13. Group Policy Objects (GPOs)" there.
