List users not logged onto domain for over X number of days

I am new to scripting and need a littel help. I found a great script by
Richard Mueller to list the last logon dates of all users in a domain. What I
really need is a list of ONLY users who have not logged in for a certain
amount of time. I am planning on schedueling this script to search AD for
users not logged in for over 21 days and then I will send an email with the
list to our support system so we can disable the accounts. I only want the
list to contain users not logged in for x number of day. Any help is
appreciated. I have included Mr. Mueller's great script below.
