Thanks guys, I've now managed to script user creation and setting folder
permissions (although my method is a bit messy at the moment, but I will
worry about that later).

I am however struggling to find out how to script creation of Virtual
Directories in IIS 5 and how to enable 'Web Sharing' on folders. I will post
back later with more details...
