Losing IE proxy settings

The client machines keep losing their Internet Explorer settings. I can go
round to the machines and re-enter the information but this is very time
consuming. Logging on as admin is fine but logging on as someone without
admin priviledges seems to cause this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers
