Thanks for the reply Mark,
But unfortunately that tool (cachemov.exe) wont fix the issue.
All it does is let you move the cache somewhere else - it doesnt let you
manipulate the cache (remove entries).
It realy seems though there is no way to automate this?
The only answer on MSDN is 'go into explorer, choose folder options etc etc
etc'

...in other words you have to manual fix *every* machine as a logged on
user - which really sucks :(
