Hi Jerold,

Yes, I have loaded sp4
Yes, it is running under my context (global admin account)

I don't understand the the JSI article....The error message I get is: Task completed with an exit code of (20000003).

I don't know how to interpret that....any links you can inform me of? This message does it mean the actual back up completed or the scheduler completed? Because it takes about 2 hours from when the scheduler starts to when it finishes.

Thanks for the help.

The script works when I run the bat file but when I use scheduler to schedule it, it gives me a "runtime error: abnormal program termination". Can someone please help me out? Thanks.
