Logon and Logoff script for NT4

I have a vbs script that reports users when they log on and off. I got it to
work great on win2k with the logon and logoff scripts in the GPO. How can i
do this in a NT4 Domain. Is there a Logon and Logoff Scripts section in the
nt4 server?
