Can you click the arrow next to Send/Receive and choose the option to download the offline address book only. I'm trying to ascertain if the credential prompts are coming from the download of the OAB, since the email seems to be working otherwise. I think it is.

If that is the case, you should be able to show all folders in OL 2007 and look for the Sync Folder for an error message that may provide an additional clue.

If I skip password prompt or insert credenzial, outlook working good.
in random mode every 3 minutes Outlook keeps asking for a password exchange server.
I try a test, I apply backup of 01 dec 2009 but the issue persist, now apply a november backup.

Do you get any errors/credential prompts on the OL 2007 clients when you click Send/Receive and they try to download the Offline Address Book?
