Hello, I have a SBS 2003 with service pack 2 and r2 installed. Every
Sunday the server locks up with a grey screen on the display and I have
to remotely restart it using ipmi.
SBS best practices shows nothing wrong.
baseline security analyzer shows nothing wrong.
works absolutely great up to Sunday and than it locks up.

replaced the motherboard and powersupply 2 weeks ago and that fixed it
but problems came back.

all updates have been done.

specs are dual core Pentium processor
supermicro entry server board
700 watt powersupply
4 gigs ram
raid 1 for os and data
5 hds in total

this is driving me crazy.

I agree with Jim. Something's running on Sundays apparently sometime after
6AM, based on the errors. AV scan, antispyware scan, Windows Update,
backups, or some other scheduled task at that time that is consuming system
resources, or is affecting network communications.
