Yes I am. Spent quite a bit of time on the phone and with a Webex sessions with their tech support. Not much help. Ultimate decision was to completely uninstall and reinstall the security server. I have completed that and have a few minor issues that I got corrected today involving security certificates.
Now the only remaining issue is on a Vista Client. While the Trend tool bar displays in Outlook 2007, it doesn't function as far as flagging messages spam, not spam or fraud. Clicking on it does nothing nor do the statistics indicate the number of mail messages or spam messages. But it does work fine on an XP client with Outlook 2003 installed.

Are you running ISA Server on this box?

problems.
the security console is not working correctly. When opening, the log-in
screen appears correctly. Upon entering the password, the screen changes to
the main screen with the appropriate tabs across the top. However, the
browser seems to "stall" for well over 8-10 minutes before anything appears
in the lower windows. Even when something appears, it is full of error
messages with no data. Selecting any of the other top tabs is met with
another 8-10 minutes before Windows pops up with an error box indicating
that an error occured but no information is available.
Server browser is IE 8 but I have tried in compatibility as well as via a
client with IE 6.
Trend had a KB article (EN-1037390) on their web site that seems to deal
with this issue - or something close to it. I have done this procedure
twice with no resolution.
Interesting though, on a server re-boot, the security console works exactly
as it should and expected. But within several minutes, it fails as noted
above.
Any ideas of where to look/start would be most appreciated.
Thanks so much for any input.
