Newbie ?- Replaced Hard Drive

Please excuse me, I am not server-literate.

I have two 250GB hard drives in my Windows 2003 Small Business Server. The
hard drive containing our data failed and I have had it replaced. However, I
can't see the new hard drive and do not know how to set up the drive letter
in order to restore the data.

Can anyone help me?
