RE: The System Event Notification service terminated with the followin

According to your description, I understand that:

You receive the Event 7023 that indicates the System Event Notification
service terminated.

If I have misunderstood the problem, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Suggestions:

Form the error message "The specified module could not be found", I'd like
to suggest you to check the following registry:

Path:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SENS\Parameters]
Value: ServiceDll
Value date: %SystemRoot%\system32\sens.dll

The ServiceDll should point to the sens.dll instead of any other Dlls.
Please verify whether this value has a different date on your SBS server.
For your reference, here is the default registry settings on the SENS key.
