Can I use SBS 2003 as file server only?

I have a 2003 r2 64bit server and a exchange 2007 server. I have a
spare sbs 2003 server.
I can't put my blackberry server on the exchange 2007 server because
its 64bit and blackberry only runs on 32bit.
Is there anyway to run the old sbs server as just a member of the
domain (no exchange, no dns etc) so I can run the blackberry soft wear
and maybe use it as a file server.
This would save me having to buy w2003 32 bit w2003 just to run
blackberry.
