As is often the case, Microsoft's position isn't exactly crystal clear.
The existing TPs for SBS2003 are still listed on the SBS2003 pricing page, but all SBS2003 SKUs are technically obsolete now (Microsoft are not shipping SBS2003 any more). That doesn't mean you can't find them "out there" in the distribution/retail channel.
There are no TP equivalent SKUs available for SBS2008 at present, and I don't know if there will be retail SKUs at all.
Microsoft are now pushing Solutions Pathway for upgrades routes relating to SBS and EBS.
