Thanks for your post.
As far I as I know, this issue should be fixed after we renamed the Pending.xml file and removed the two registry keys as mentioned. If the clients now can
connect to the Internet but only server cannot itself, it seems the network connection is wrong on the SBS server.
Please check the server's network connection with IPconfig /all and see if the NIC is well configured and DNS are right. Also, you may re-run the CEICW
wizard to re-configure the Internet connection. Have you tried SBS 2003 BPA tool for a new scanning? I don't think we need a reinstallation before even you
have not tried any basic troubleshooting.
