Many thanks to both of you.... and I also understand the cost factor, but
sorry to say that I rsorted to this discusions group after I failed to
contact Local (Jakarta) MS office and support at a local number starting
021-2552-5301 but only to get busy signal.
Any way I will try again to-day.
But any suggestion on working around the SBS CD ?
Thanks

I can appreciate that there is a cost. But it would be no different if the heating or plumbing broke. Someone would have to be called to fix it. And there would be a cost..
You can try some of the options Merv indicated in his link, but the question is, what is the cost of the system being down versus the cost to work with a support engineer and hopefully get the system back up quickly. If you are not getting satisfaction with the engineer you are working with, ask for his or her supervisor...and keep asking for the case to be elevated.
Everyone here is a volunteer and while we may be here for some time today, we may not get back to the NGs today.

Thanks Cris,
The only problem is it will cost and I'm not sure whether they can resolve
the issue.
Any other suggestion ?
