Thanks for the update.

From your description, you have resolved the issue by installing Remote
Desktop Client 6.1. Thank you very much for sharing your resolution.

I don't think the OWA is not a related issue. To isolate the issue, I'd
like to know whether other sites such as Companyweb and RWW can display
picture properly. If other sites cannot display picture neither, it
indicates that this should be a issue in IIS.
