With 120 Gb free space, you have the option of creating a partition and relocating some data. That's probably the approach I'd take, providing the existing c:\ is, say, 20 Gb or larger. If you're considering upgrading this hardware in the near future, then you could get by with less than 20 Gb.
If you want to re-partition, then you'll need a 3rd party tool. In order of preference:
a) get a Windows Home Server, back up the server, and restore from the WHS to larger partitions. The WHS has lasting value, well beyond this task.
b) use a product like StorageCraft ShadowProtect. For this task, you can cold image the existing box and restore to larger partitions. ShadowProtect has the ability to hot image, but a cold (operating system off-line) is by far the best way to ensure success. SP also has lasting value, beyond the immediate task.
You may find the cost of WHS and the SBS edition of SP to be fairly close. You'll need to familiarize yourself with the features of both, and make your own decision.
WHS has no equal, but SP has competitors such as Acronis, and Paragon.

Note that the target market for WHS is home users, but if you ignore everything except for backup and restore, you'll recognize a very valuable protection strategy that every small business could benefit from.

We have a SBS 2003 R2 server. It has four 146GB drive in a raid 5
configuration. The raid consists of a C & D drive. Both drives are getting
short on free space. I also have 120GB of unallocated space. Can I give
some space to both C & D or do I need to use a partitioning tool?
