In addtion, to being in the wrong newsgroup for the product you're working on, you'll have to redo your active directory domain\
You can't just pick any old domain name for your network. Expecially microsoft.com....that one is already taken

I am appreciative of the response from all of you. I have made a copy of
both the IPconfig's of the server and PC. First, I will supply some answers
to some questions; I have Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 sp2 with the
Domain identified as MainOffice.microsoft.com
And my PC is running Windows Vista Home Premium sp1 and is on workgroup:
WORKGROUP.
And then BOTH are hardwire connected to a Linksys router as a hub.
Now I have another problem, in that I don't know how to include the
ipconfig.txt files in these replies.
