Foundation has AD, file and print sharing. End of story. XP and Vista
can share with up to 10. Foundation stretches that a little bit more.
No RWW, no Exchange, no Sharepoint, no shared fax.

I wouldn't put any new clients into SBS 2003. Do they offer the same? Well,
sort of. There's no Outlook in SBS 2008, you need to either have Outlook
some other way, or use OWA. The good news is that the OWA in SBS 2008 is a
good deal better. In SBS 2k3, OWA was sufficient if you had no other way to
connect to email for some reason. In SBS 2008, it's a full featured
solution. Also, I find RWW much better in SBS 2008. But SBS 2008 is a whole
new ballgame, and I strongly recommend you get comfortable with it in a
test environment before you start installing on a client's network. There
are also two good books on SBS 2008 -- mine from MS Press, and Eriq Neale's
from Sams. You'll want at least one of them.

I am current writing a proposal for two new clients both peer to peer
networks.
One has four PC's and the other five laptops and four workstations.
I support 10 SBS 2003 Sites and have not had a chance to load sbs 2008 on
a
test server to play with sbs 2008. Play on that next week.
Question...
1. does sbs 2008 std off the same as sbs 2003 std?
2. Is owa much different the owa in sbs 2003?
Main reason for adding a server is rww, backups from one location and
exchange server.
Thank you...
