All the files in system32/logfiles are "deletable" except the currently open
log file. Better yet, you can control the location, size or disable these
logfiles completely in the properties of the "logee" - usually IIS websites
and such. Sometimes these logs can be useful so don't go too crazy.
The DNS.log file is a DNS debug log file I believe - did you have DNS
debugging (DNS->properties) turned on at some point? It should be safe to
delete as long as it is not active (check its modified date and turn off DNS
debug if it is).
To be safe, first move the logfiles to another drive for a while and reboot
to ensure they aren't needed.
I came across a good site with a lot of helpful info on reducing your boot
drive footprint, I can't guarantee everything listed but it looks good and
saves a lot of searching/typing:

I'm looking for space again. Can I delete...
c:\windows\system32\dns\backup\dns.log (almost 500MB)
&
c:\windows\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC6\ex*.log (there are a bunch of
these files)
Thanks!
