Hi Russ,
Got them to test this.
Results are the person with the problem tried another machine, it still took as long. The person who was fine tried the problem user's PC and it was also fine. This tells me the problem is with that persons account on the server. What's the best approach for diagnosing this one ?
The user only has a few GB of data in their mydocs folders so that's not the issue.

If the time for both is quicker,
then it may be the Users Profile on that PC that is Corrupt
