Hi All,
I have only one email sender that cannot send to our SBS 2003
server. We've insisted the issue is on their end as they originally
did not have an SPF record. They fixed this issue, but still cannot
send and get the following bounceback error message.
Delivery Failure Report
Your document: Fw: When Gold Blossoms - Return [Virus Checked]
was not delivered to: j...@xxxxxxxxxx
because: 4.4.2 - Bad connection 'TimeoutError' (delivery attempts:
5) What should you do?
This message is an informational Delivery Status Notification and
does not require any further action.
? Delivery to the recipients indicated above has been delayed. You
do not need to resend this message. The server will continue to
attempt message delivery.

Can anyone provide any advice on this issue and where to
troubleshoot? Is it an issue on our SBS 2003? Any guidance would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Peace,
Ringo
Since it's a message delivered by *their* server, it's up to them to
prove they sent it. Ask them to crank up their SMTP protocol
logging. This won't have anything to do with SPF.- Hide quoted text -

I'm having a hard time reading this. I'm getting old and word wrap doesn't
help. Who's at 165.125.160.197 (usmrdgtw011.mail-push.com) ? Them?
It would be a lot easier if you didn't munge the domain names in question
here.
You should turn on SMTP logging on your server too....
