RE: SBS 2008: Detailed Network Report Displays Mailboxes of Size 0MB.

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello,

Thanks for your post.

Have you checked the properties of the "Detailed Network Report"? Please check if you have selected the "E-mail Usage" checkbox in the Content tab.

After that, please go to System Services and restart the "Windows SBS Manager Service" and click the Generate report option to generate a Detailed Network Report immediately. Then click the View archives to
see if the latest report shows E-mail Usage and if mailboxes sizes are still 0 MB.

If the issue persists, please help me to clarify the following situations:

1. When did this issue begin to occur? Has it ever worked before?
2. Besides the E-mail mailboxes size, are there any other items in the report displaying abnormally?

Hope this helps. Also, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Best regards,
Robbin Meng(MSFT)
