Is the VPN coming from a remote computer with an IP of 192.168.0.x?

I got some advice last week - and the lockup was definitely caused by VPN
connections. I did what was suggested and ran the internet connection and
remote access wizards. I was able to connect to the VPN, and once again,
on connecting, the server locked up - nothing in the log files.
Any ideas?
