There's another level of logging for SMTP, which may give you more to go on:

This is done in the Exchange Manager, in
Servers-><your server>->Protocols->SMTP->Default SMTP Virtual Server
and then Properties. On the General tab, tick Enable logging, click
Properties, note the file location, then on the Advanced tab, tick
everything and OK it all.

It would be nice to get the matching logs from the sender, but I doubt that you'll get any sense out of Yahoo. It's only the receiving SMTP server which really knows why it has refused a message, and you must hope that it logs enough to tell you why.
