Thanks for your update.

I have received 3 of your emails sent on Feb 25th. However, the email
format of these emails is Plain Text. By default, plain text format will
filter all included pictures and text settings like font, color etc. As a
result, no screenshots and comments are displayed. Could you please check
if your mail server transfers the external mail format to plain text?

If possible, please resend the previous email in Rich text or HTML format.
