Unable to connect to Client Computer

I have a client computer that I am unable to connect to using Remote
Desktop or Terminal Services from the server. This is a rather sudden
and unexplainable symptom because it was working fine this morning and
now it is not. As far as I know it was never used between when it was
working and when I discovered it wasn't

I have checked remote settings in the my computer properties and they
seem to be in order. I have also tried doing a system restore to this
mornings checkpoint which is a time before the last successful remote
logon to the client. That didn't fix the problem.

I'm at a loss for what to check.....
