Help with Windows Live One Care, please

When I checked my Windows Live One Care Circle on 5 Windows XPSP3
workstations joined to my SBs2008 domain, all of them had the WLOC
firewall running and in a very vista-esque way they all indicated that
they were part of a public zone, (not home or work as would be
expected).
Furthermore, I am getting all the DCOM errors and now RPC errors and
local Activation Permission errors and I have followed all the advice
on all the sites offered by Google, Technet, etc. Could someone please
give me their experience and how they resolved this issue?
Thanks in advance for your help. Feel free to skip the rant that
follows,

begin rant:
I would like to explain something about my intentions when I post to a
newsgroup.
I am not looking for something I could find in Google, though a couple
of MVPs would have you believe that.
I am not looking for you to solve my problem while I sit back and eat
bonbons, making some cash of your hard work.
Instead, when I post to this forum, I am asking for personal
experience-not technical expertise as much. If you are the most well-
read MVP on the planet, but you've never been though a swing
migration, you really are no more help than a reference manual. I know
how to use Google.
What I am interested in is your experience. I know how it supposed to
work, I have even read the materials that tell you one thing in one
paragraph and another thing in the next.
So, please understand that when I post here, it's not because I am
lazy and it's not because I haven't spent hours reading conflicting
stories about what MS says is supposed to happen; it's because a
forum, when supported by good people, is a great place to get the
story behind the story. It's good to know that there's the way you are
supposed to do it and the way that works...from experience.
I don't want to burden anyone, but perhaps you can give me your
experience and together we can learn something about Small Business
Server.
