Thanks for the help. I took a look at the diagnostic tools you referred to.
I ran the Client Diagnostics Tool. All looks to be okay, but I have copied
the result below. It looks like the computers can connect to the server
without a problem.

Hello,

I have WSUS 3.0 configured on my SBS2003 with ISA 2004. For months, all
of
the updates worked and were installed like they are supposed to bo. For
some
reason, they just stopped. I can't think of any changes that I made
anywhere.

Here is what I do know:

1. I receive the following event in my logs on the server:
Sounrce: Windows Server Update
Cateogory: Clients
Event ID: 13002
Description: Client computers are installing updates with a higher
than 25 percent failure rate. This is not normal.

2. When I check the status on the PCs in the Update Services console, all
PCs have updates with errors. When I check the report for a given PC, the
event always says "Error: Download Failed".

3. After reading an article. I tested connection to the server by keying
in
the following addresses from a client:
http://wsusservername/iuident.cab
http://wsusservername/selfupdate/AU/x86/XP/EN/wuaucomp.cab

4. I have tried to run the following batch file from a client, and
although
it doesnt generate any errors, it still doesnt work:
