What happens after 21 days, is it the good old SBCORE error in event log and reboot every few days?

It sounds like you did a clean install on the SBS 2008 rather than a migration, since they are different domains.
If that's the case, they can sit there forever

This is to migrate data etc. but one of my bespoke apps is not yet supported on 64Bit SBS2008.
Does anybody know how long the 2 SBS boxes can co-exist side by side ?
The bespoke app should be 64-bit ready in about 2-months.
