Yes, you can have additional DCs, but you cannot have a 2nd SBS. Any additional server in an SBS AD must use nonSBS media.

i only need to replicate my AD on my secound DC , just in case my
primary

DC falls , i will only need to change the ip. untill i fix the
problem

so if i use windows server 2003 on the secound DC i will have no
problem
having a secound dfs server installed for faultolarence porpeses

on the secound DC is replicating my DFS server and its lan routing with
a vpn server
now that you tell me that two dhcp can't exist on the same network, if
sbs is the root domain
