RWW creates new userprofile

as of yesterday users trying to log on to their computers using SBS remote
web workplace they have a new profile being set up.

they can open their email, access their shared drives but the whole layout
is of a new profile.

in the server's securitylog i can only find a 576 notice saying

Source: Security
Category: login/logoff
Event ID: 576
User: #user
computer: #servername
Description:
Special privileges assigned to new logon:
User Name: UserName
Domain: #mydomain
Logon ID: #Logon ID
Privileges: SeLoadDriverPrivilege
SeImpersonatePrivilege

where local users only have privilege " SeLoadDriverPrivilege "

anyone familiair with this??
