iSCSI is only available with Windows Storage Server 2003 R2. I am one release out of date :-(

The way I dealt with this one was to use iSCSI on the NAS appliance
and this made it show up as an extra drive in Windows. I can do
everything with this drive (such as backing up to it etc).
