BTW, do you have to be the administrator to install it? If I go to
the Live Status page and expand Anti-Spyware it says 'No exchange
server installed". I have uninstalled/installed this twice now.

You do have to be an administrator to install it, yes. I don't know why
Exchange would be showing up under antispyware, though. You might call Trend
back!
