SBS2003 Ip conflict with a printer & copier

I just moved a system and printer to another location in the building. The
printer is an USB HP printer with an attached print server. The configuration
shows on the print server an IP of 192.168.16.14. I go inot the print setup
on the users system and the port is configured on the same IP, great.
I print from the users printer just fine. I change it to the canon copier
printer on the network and it prints to the HP. I notice they are both on the
same IP address.
I don't want to reconfigure the Canon because it was difficult to set-up. Is
there a way to givethe HP a specific IP address. I tried to change it on the
print server from DHCP to Static but it would not let me. Is there anything I
can do on the server level to accomplish this.
.
