Hi there, I am setting up FIVE (5) SBS2k3 Premium servers in several
locations connected by WAN links, but all need to be on one domain. I
am constantly seeing 'one or more domain controllers does not meet
the licensing requirements' and then the servers shut down one by one
except for the main DC.

What other license or config do I need for this to work and let the
servers stay up and running?
Thanks for any help in advance,

You can't do this, as the other replies have stated. You can have only one
SBS server in a domain. Install one in the main office, with sufficient CALs
for all users/devices, and put regular W2003 servers in the others - make
them DCs in the same domain, and put each in its own AD site/subnet. All
branch office users can access Exchange in the main office. You can set up
the remote servers as file/print boxes and sync data back to the main office
(there are several ways to do that), or don't have local file servers & put
a TS box in the main office.

Alternatively, each location can have its own independent SBS box and AD
domain, but don't count on sharing much between the networks, and there will
be no central management possible. I wouldn't recommend that config.
