I am not familiarized whit CAL. I read the CAL guide and I think I get your
point. I checked The managed Client Access Licenses, and it shows:
Installed License: 5
Maximium Usages: 12
That means, I can only give access to twelve user at the same time?

You are in violation of licensing. (most probably).
SBS 2000 used 'simultaneous connections' to track licensing but SBS2003 does
not. In SBS2003 an SBS CAL must be _permanently_ assigned to either a 'user'
or 'device'. Simplistically, 40 users require 40 'user' CALs.

I am running a Win2k3 SBS, I have at most 40 users. The users open files
from
the server, but in a certain moment they get this errors:
- The server has reached the maximum number of sessions it supports.
- The server has reached the maximum number of connections it supports.
- The server cannot open more files because it has reached its maximum.
I checked the number of the sharing sessions and the conected users, it is
below 20. I terminate some sessions and the users are allowed to open
files.
Is there a way to increase Maxuser, Maxconnections, Maxopens?
P.S. My users runs WinXPSP3
