There are several approaches to narrowing down the issue.
a) dump file analyses (bugcheck analyses)
b) disable 3rd party services via msconfig, and see if the problem is gone (then start re-enabling one-by-one)
c) replace stuff (like your ram).
I'd start with the dump file analyses, as you're getting them fairly frequently so you should get some useful information fairly quickly as well. This blog post will help you to do this yourself.

Hi Guys,
I have a critical error in win SBS R2 Std.
Many time in a day, my server stop response, have crash blue sreen and reboot.
When windows start, after ctrl+alt+supp i have the message with windows have
a critical error, in cause i have that : 0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0x80853e23,
0xb7c86ab8, 0x00000000)
For the story, one month ago my server have a critical hardware crash.
Power supplies, mother board, power controlleur and all hard disk (3 in
total 2 in mirror 1 in single) was dead. (and my APC was not dead ??)
This an HP ML350 G5. So all parts was change by HP (not memory module)
I reinstall my server from zero, restor my data. After a few days, my server
stop responding, but i don't have a error message, to resolve i must force
reboot.
Now i have this error two or three each days with this message.
In support.microsoft.com i read this kb 907966.
But i don't know if it's realy that.
When i reinstall my server i install all service pack and update.
I don't know what happen, and what can i do ????
If some expert help me !!!
