I have joind several Vista (Business & Ultimate) pc's along with pc's running
XP Pro to my Domain without any problems. I have one pc running Vista
Ultimate that I CANNOT get to join no matter what I try. I get the message
"The following error occurred attempting to join the domain "My Domain Name":
The network path was not found." From researching this error, I have found
that it may be anything from the NIC (which has been replaced and tried), to
the DNS. Looking at the Windows\Debug\netsetup.log - Where I differ from
some of the other PC's is the line [ (1) NetUseAdd to \\Domain\IPC$ returned
53, (2) NetpJoinDomain: status of connecting to dc '\\Domain'': 0x35 (3)
NetpDoDomainJoin: status: 0x35. I can't find any meaningful references to
IPC$ returned 53 searching the WWW. Can anyone help with this?
