Well, that would seem to change things a bit. All new workstations means they have to be joined to the domain no matter what.
I think you should go with the "all new", and move the data manually.
This will give you an opportunity to carefully consider all aspects of the domain, from users and groups, computer names, gpo's redirected folders and any other things you might have wished you had done, on not done, on the old SBS.
Note that you should spec a true firewall for the perimeter, and decide early, before installation, if you are going to use the MS supplied AV programs.
If this is OEM, you may be able to get them to say no, or you may have to redo the install. We suggest using an answer file and getting the customer to review it before you do the install for spelling and syntax.

To be honset, with 10 users and the opportunity to satisfy a customer, I would consider. But the other posters, are far better experienced :-).

new equipment coming in (workstations/servers) and the thought was to just
start them with a fresh install, network, etc. Then just move the data over.
It would seem this would be a quciker (easier??) cutover then doing the
migration.

I almost always use COMPANY.LAN or OFFICE.LAN when I'm sure that they
won't have multiple locations with site-site VPN's.
I've stopped putting customers names or identity in their domain names,
it just makes life easier for everyone.
