When attempting to access remote web workplace on a windows 2003 SBS

I followed your recommendations for the permissions, added and applied
them as directed. Regarding http://localhost/backupand, yes I do get
a username and password box, but on the http://localhost/remote I
receive the message in my first post.
Additionally, I ran the best practices tool, exported the results and
have tried to post it, but it appears to be to large for this site.
